This is for Jeff, who moved from the Bay Area to Colorado (Parker). Dude, you live 20-30 miles from even the foothills. Not bashing the Bay Area, it's the home of our beloved sport. But you just picked the wrong city to live in.A 5 mile ride from house gets me to Apex or Chimney Gulch, 7-8 miles Matthew Winters or White Ranch, 10 to Mt. Falcon. Toss the bike on the roof, drive for 15 minutes and there are 10 other rides (best for avoiding crowds). Six hours to Fuita, 8 to Moab and Maa Daa Hey. Sounds like a pretty decent place to ride to me!!!!
