The end of shin tartare. A dish of coarsely ground or finely chopped high-quality, raw lean shin beef that has been seasoned with salt, pepper and herbs. It's thought to have originated in the Baltic provinces of Russia where, in medieval times, the Tartars shredded their shins with crude paltform pedals and ate it raw. Today the seasoned raw meat is usually shaped into a mound with an indentation in the top, into which is placed a raw egg yolk. Shin tartare (also referred to as steak tartare ) is usually served with capers, chopped parsley and onions. by O'Connor, Scott posted: July 8, 2003, 10:33am

The perfect platform pedals, even if you think you don't have "the perfect bike". I tried to accomplish two things with the above line. 1) Associate the pedals with high quality or top of the line (people always want the best). 2) Most people are always thinking of upgrading. Some might think that they dont want to put a high quality pedal on a bike they want to get rid of. My attempt was to convince them that they should get the pedals now and just switch them over when they do upgrade the bike! Thanks, Kelvin by McConnell, Kelvin posted: July 8, 2003, 08:43am

"The Mallet C ... Until now, RE-ENTRY was only dreamed of ... The Mallet C ... a new Platform, of possibilities." from Crank Brothers- Here you go fellas (and babes!)... here the Tag Line that can make you millions; the one that has the right hook that sets your product line apart -aside from the intrinsic qualities- from the rest of the Pack. Time to take your product quality values to the appropriate level of market recognition, don't you think? This is a long-term model to build on for dominant recognition in the market place.(As I feel you have earned through all practical values relative.) You HAVE the practical physical concept and design in play already. All that is needed now, is to effectively convey this to the public in a manner that captures attention of the Actively Interested Advanced Riders and the READY TO BE an advanced riders audiances. With this in place, you have an Active marketing tool that doesn't get outdated and ineffective; it continues to convey the unique essential concept and design applications that provides the real world, practical advantages / qualities / value, of this product, and, your entire product line of pedals via "a new Platform, of possibilities" within this tag line model. It will provide a synonymous association of unique quality in the entire Crank Brother line of products via "a new Platform, of possibilities" in the Tag line model. There you go. Yes, you did get off cheap, but just remember the Law Of Exchange -Karma- when you move on this one and see what it yeilds in sales production. It's all GOOD here- Breathe Deep, Ride Far ...
