Summary:
Best trail in Hickory Knob State Park. Better than the Lakeview Loop. It's only negative is that is only a 2 mile ride from the barn in HKSP, onto this trail and back to the barn.

Recommended Route:
In the out/back and right onto the loop. This direction allows the climbing turns to be climbed and the more open and flowing hill to be bombed down. Fun the other way too, but best CCW.

Summary:
this is a really fun trail. i almost like it better than the lake loop. its real short and sweet though. there's one section where you'll start flyin downhill and you'll hit a nice lip and you can catch some big air with a nice landing. it crosses over a creek several times but there's nothin really techy on this trail, its just a cool trail. i think they're connecting this one with that other trail up by the restaurant too.

Summary:
1.8 mile sperm loop that is a total of 2 miles of riding when you ride it. Great trail thru what seems to be a mostly hardwood forest - rare in this neck of SC. It's not that long, but is fun to ride with the Lake Loop.

Recommended Route:
Both ways. It's short!
