Ridden Trail: Once a year

Cross Country Rider Summary: Growing up in Boxford I rode here a lot in the early 90's. The trail system is old and not as robust as it could be (although I did find a freshly cut single track yesterday), but Bald Hill is prime for a new network of trails as the land is absolutely beautiful! Undulating pine forests with little to no undergrowth make this the perfect setting for new trails. Bald Hill has the potential to be one of the best riding spots in MA. Other recommended trails in the same area: Harold Parker, Lynn Woods, Fells

Cross Country Rider Summary: This trail is not too bad. I live pretty close and can only get to places on my bike. The firt mile is really boring but once you get in you can stay in there for ever. There is usually a overflowed lake and river. That is always fun to go through. The trails can be a little tiring if you go to slow. The trails are rocky with some huge puddles. Overall its a fun place. Recommended Route: Go stright in the front and take a right, continue up that trail and then take a left. You also can climb to the top and fly down the main trail.

, from Topsfield Summary: Great trails, for all levels. It tends to take a lot of water on in the spring.... The dirt bikes seem to be back and are tearing up some of the best trails... Recommended Route: There is a great downhill behind Crooken Pond. You have to Go around the pond and its a little windy to get there but its worth it.
