Strengths:    Shimano and Sun should get all credit here

Weaknesses:    Supergo

Bottom Line:
I'm not quite sure why Supergo gets credit for the wheel in this review. They don't make the product and if they are the ones building the wheels, then we should be reviewing the work not the hub, spokes, etc... And I see someone posted an ad about Supergo having a "tax free" weekend.

What's that all about, since when is any business exempt from sales tax.

Strengths:
Cheap & durable

Weaknesses:
Out of true

Bottom Line:
I picked these up during a tax-free weekend at SuperGo, so they turned out to be $119 rims (black anodized). They run pretty good, but after two months of regular riding, the rear wheel is out of true. The front one is still doing fine.
The CR17A rims are a bit uneven at the weld, so it bumps when the brakes are applied.
These are semi-budget wheels.
I give it 4 chilies for a budget wheelset.
It's an incredible deal I'd pick up again.

Bottom Line:

I'm posting this review to let potential buyers of this wheelset know that
mine arrived severly under tensioned. The hubs are smooth and the rims
are true, but as they come, they creak and flex due to low spoke tension.
Hooray for my LBS for tightening them up for me. I recommend having this
done before installation.
