Strengths: Very solid. Inspires confidence the moment your wheels start rolling. Look mean and tough.Weaknesses: They are heavy. almost twice as heavy as the rims I switched out (Mavic XM117's).Bottom Line: I purchased these wheels because I'm a Clyde rider at 6'4" and 260lbs. The wheels that came on my bike were Mavic XM 117's. Climbed up Yellowfork Canyon in Herriman Utah and bombed down. Felt too much flex from the rear wheel that I thought they could snap if i pushed it. Therefore, I knew I needed a stronger wheel. I did some research and talked to many bike shops and decided to go with the Atom Lab GI's. Very impressed except for the weight. I recommend for heavier riders.

Strengths: Bombproof, relatively cheap, looks decent. Biggest strenght is that there have been no issues! None. tensioned once after lacing. not too heavy.Weaknesses: Stickers are a little weak, but still haning on. but really, who cares.Bottom Line: Definitely a great wheel for the price, I'm a heavier rider and have taken these DH, DJ, and everything inbetween and haven't ever had a problem. Bout the only thing I do is keep em clean/lubed. Great rim for the all'round bike.

Strengths: Stiff, superior quality workmanship, smooth rolling,no hops, no wobble.Weaknesses: None that I can findBottom Line: Bought a GI front wheel for the 20mm thru axle , liked it enough that I bought a rear to match the color combo up front. The wheel I ordered was out of stock, got a call and follow up email from Atomic Labs(thank you Lisa !!) offering to build me a rear using an upgraded rim at no extra charge!!! You don't get customer service like that every day. It's service like that that will make me think of Atom Labs first for my next bike part. Saving up my $$ now for their brakes!!
