Strengths:    Very light, soft feel, good control

Weaknesses:    side walls are very thin, had two blow outs over about 10 rides, one rear and one front.

Bottom Line:
I gave low ratings for use over rough trails with roots and stones (NE rock gardens) that can tear the sidewalls. I would consider the tire if i was to ride smooth groomed trails.

The tires mounted easily, only needed to coax the bead a little with my plastic tire lever ... Read More »

Hi all, I'm looking for a high volume lightweight 29er tire. I was interested to try out the RR 2.4 but it seems they are no longer produced. Can anyone vouch for the volume of the new 2.35? Is it similar to the 2.4? Are there any other similarly sized/weighted tires out there? Thanks in advance ... Read More »

Well this kinda sucks, yesterday I had a race and rode on Specialized S works Renegade on the rear and Racing Ralph 2.25 on the front, performed great but once I got home found the Racing Ralph leaking from a sidewall, that just sucks because I have an endurance XC race in a couple of weeks. A mo ... Read More »
