Strengths: Light, easy to set up tubeless. Fast rolling but with plenty of grip.Weaknesses: Cornering on loose soil is very good not great.Bottom Line: Bought these tires last year and have been blown away by them. I am using the WildGrip'R Advanced 2.0 in 26 X 2.2.5 both front and rear. I run them tubeless on UST 819 rims. Set-up was easy with a floor pump and two scoops of stans.
In my mind, these are the perfect tires for me. They are light, 570 grams, fast rolling and have great grip. I ride a dw linked bike that encourages climbing in a bigger gear and out of the saddle climbing. With most all of the other tires I used, this would always cause a spin out if I was not careful. Not these. Get up and go. The wear has been great, as they still look brand new.
I can't say enough about these tires. One of the best modifications I have made to my bike. Much better than I would have ever imagined.
