Strengths: It works. Probably enough in that tub to last me a lifetime. I'll probably lose the container before I finish the product.Weaknesses: None. The only drawback is inadvertently getting the wax on the braking surface of the rim in a rim brake system. Any wax would need to be cleaned from the rim. I have discs, so it's not an issue with me.Bottom Line: I have stock Bontrager Race wheels w/ tubeless rims. I use tubes and tube tires. The fit between the tire (Panaracer FireXC Pros, Cinder) bead and mating area of the rim is very tight. It needs to be a tight fit for tubeless applications. Without the bead wax, tires were difficult to seat properly. Even when pumped to maximum tire pressure plus a little more, the tire would not always seat evenly. Occasionally, the bead would snap in with a loud pop, startling me. Sometimes I'd remount the tire. With Bead Wax, the tire starts seating as I was inflating and seated with less of a popping noise (which indicates less friction between the tire and rim) and fully seated before reaching maximum pressure. Definitely worth the $6 investment.
