Strengths: FAST tire! Great volume.Weaknesses: Sidewalls are delicate.Bottom Line: I love this tire. Its a great fast rolling tire in nearly all conditions. Except when it starts to get wet/slippery. Great volume, a a decent wieght. The sidewalls are pretty thin though, so watch it if you ride amongst sharp rocks. DON'T run them with Stans. In fact don't run stans with WTB tires at all. Just not a good idea. They're not made for Stans.

Strengths: Very fast, good climber. Best in hard pack conditions.Weaknesses: spins out in the slimy Appalachian mud, the smokes where slow as a tractor but never spun. Would like a rear specific 45c for the back in the rainy season.Bottom Line: Great tires for 700c bikes with limited chain stay clearance. They held the line in the single track better than I can but sink in the deep mud (unlike the smokes). They shine on long fireroad climbs, bring a sandwich cause you will need a snack while waiting for the 26ers to lumber up the hill.
