Submitted by Jeremy a Cross Country Rider from Philadelphia, PA
Date Reviewed: April 9, 2001
Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $25.00
Purchased At:nashbar
Strengths:light, small aggressive tread, low rolling resistance, takes 80psi!, awesome for riding with cyclocrossers, throws mud clear out of the tread
Weaknesses:doesn't corner very well in dry, but it's predictable through the entire turn no matter how far you lean in.
$$$ :(
Similar Products Used:tioga factory XC, ritchey zmax 2.35 1.95, WTB Velociraptors, Continental pro 2
Bike Setup:giant atx890 tomac edition, sid, cane creek wam ti, xt
Bottom Line:pump these up and you can gain extremely great rolling resistance 80PSI!!. I can keep up with cyclocrossers withthis and then destroy them in the tech areas. Not the best in handling but what would you expect from knobs this large. fun to ride these
