Strengths: Light, good grip, fast rolling, supple tyreWeaknesses: Really hard to fit and remove on Mavic rims (517 and 221). I had 2 really surprising pinch flats in 3 outings. Really surprised coz they were pumped to 4 bar and I have rear sus.Bottom Line: Good - but buy something else if you're over 170lbs - else be prepared for pinch flats when you don't expect them. Then you'll need levers to get them on and off.

Strengths: M U D !!!!!!!!!!! LIGHT TIRE!!!!Weaknesses: suckin' up shockBottom Line: MM UU DDDD! The best mud tire I've used in 19 years of
off roading. It's 1.7 size slices soil, but it's got mad dog
bite-ability and sprint light accel. and climbability which
every one can enjoy. About 400 (approx) grams and superb
straight line traction in most conditions. It isn't a
slalom tire, but claws to get where you want to. It rolls
acceptably on macadem and I'm still on the first one on the rear after 3 years use riding on the road to go off road. It's small diameter is just enough to protect the rims from
harm at standard speeds. I haven't pinched it at 45 psi in all condition usage on macadem, curbs and Pa rocks. It lacks
flotation but really gnaws efficiently dut to that. A good
cross country tire as a rear. The front one I found was too
small to work well. Run it with a mid to large size front
to maximize bike handling on questionable down hill conditions. Small contact surface works to your advantage but also means less braking too. It brakes well but relies for the front to help out, carefully.
