Al Mighty The new all-powerful king of Downhill. It know only one direction: Down! Fast and controlled. The center lugs are perfected for transmission of the braking forces, while the serrated surface means each lug has almost twice the grip. The side lugs help hold the line well in curves. The double carcass and an additional reinforcement lend powerful lateral stability at even the lowest inflation pressure. The newly developed super-soft Gooey Gluey Compound gives the best control on hard and loose surfaces.

tacky, grippy, can run super low psi and no worries for pinch flats, fat
Weaknesses:
heavy beyond your wildest dreams

Bottom Line:
its hard to find a tire that provides awesome grip on concrete obstacles, while providing low rolling resistance, and all for a good price. these tires were pretty good, so heavy, but performed well. price was decent -- at 80 dollars canadian so about 60 US i guess, an alternative to the maxxis tires. tread is fairly knobby and ... well provides the stickyness for most all rear wheel on ledges, railings, and so on!
