Strength:

Ice grip

Weakness:

Dry pavement rolling restistance (not THAT bad)

So far I have tried a set of these 26" studded tires on one good ride. I took my bike to a frozen creek that leads to a lake. They perform as well as you would hope on ice. No two ways about it. Corner pretty fast without fear... accelerate as you please with just a little spinning (stable). On the road they are not good rollers and they make noise. Know this and expect it and you will be happy with these tires or whatever Nokian is offering as an equivalent these days.
