Strengths: works great on ice. great priceWeaknesses: tire is difficult to put on and take off due to wire bead, etc.Bottom Line: This tire works very well on ice. This tire was made by Kenda and sold by Bike Nashbar. I'm not sure Bike Nashbar still sells them. Kenda still sells them (see kenda's website). Bike Nashbar sold them for $30.00. Kenda is selling them for $65.00. I'm trying a new brand called Innova Husky studded snow tire from www.biketiresdirect.com for $30.00 each
