Strengths: Braking is excellent using the 2.35 as a front tire. Grip on dry rock is second to none. Tire rolls nice in straight line speed.Weaknesses: Tire is useless on rocks if wet. The tire washes out easily on corners if pushed into a hard lean.Bottom Line: I bought this tire from my local LBS to give it a try. I have been using it for just under 3 months as a front tire in a variety of conditions on a variety of terrain. The tire performs very well in dry conditions as long as it is not pushed too hard into and out of corners. When it gets wet, I had a lot of difficultly with slippage I didn't have with a tire like the Nevegal. I feel there are better tires out there, but for the price it is a pretty good.
