Strengths:
-cheap -very low rolling resistance -amazingly grippy on lots of terrain types -extremly versatile -excelent value for money
Weaknesses:
-not good in deep mud or snow, but they aren't meant for that anyway... -could be a little lighter (but that's what the S version is for)
Similar Products Used:

Bottom Line:
I was amazed by the grip that theese tires provide. I bought them for some road and nice hardpack riding, but found that they grip very good elsewhere too. A very good allround tire, sure not as grippy as WG Hot (which I have on my other bike), but with much less rolling resistance. The weight feels OK, nothing special, not heavy but not light either. I run them at 2.8 bar both and it works great for me (80kg), no snakebites yet. I am very pleased with theese tires, far better than Ritchey's I had. If you ride mostly on pavement, hardpack and sometimes on harder terrains, go for it.

Strengths:
Very low resistance, great grip on any hard surface dry or wet. Very strong tire, very small chance for punctures.
Weaknesses:
Not usable in loos soil, especially dune sand. Very quickly saturated when driving through a muddy semi loose soil. Little sideways grip on soft soil.
Bike Setup:
2000 Scott G-zero team
Bottom Line:
Good product considering its design specifications. As long as you stay away from semi-wet mud and dune sand, you'll be happy with your purchase. Don't drive steep slopes over an angle of 30 degrees, cause you will start to loose sideways grip rapidly then, unless you're driving tarmac So drive up or down a slope in under an angle anywhere inside the area covered by an imaginary V-shape. And I mean a V like this V. So don't buy it if you want to drive on the edge in any kind of soil. Stick to the harder surfaces and you'll be fine. Because there is no single tire that can give good grip on any soil (it's always a trade-off), this tire is an expert in it's area of expertise ;-)
