Strengths: - Cheap
- Doesn't pull left/right like Velociraptors
- Relatively Quiet
- Relatively smoothWeaknesses: - Very slippery on wet pavement
- Slightly less grippy than other tires on the dry
- Threadlife isn't greatBottom Line: I got these because I heard they were relatively long lasting and I got a cheap deal on them... and can compromise on the grip.... well these were cheap alright and the grip was low - oh yeah grip is low. Fronts will let go in the rain if I slightly turn the bar and brake at the same time. I can break the fronts lose on dry pavement under full braking by shifting weight back only slightly. They'll let go in the dirt pretty easily as well - I probably did a 10ft front wheel skid yesterday on a slightly dirty road when I saw a bus coming. So yeah, these'll make for some interesting riding.
I'm disappointed at the threadlife though - 1mo+ of riding (can't be more than 100miles) and I've already lost ~1/3 thread.
