Strengths:    Sticky on roots and rocks, Excellent in wet and mud, Confident cornering, Unbelievable braking

Weaknesses:    NONE

Bottom Line:   
I purchased the Maxxis High Roller Super Tacky Downhill casing. I am running it on the rear of my Enduro Free Rider. This thing is super sticky! Awesome grip especially when paired with the DHF on front. Works very well in NW wet and mud. Not sure on the rolling resistance but didn't feel that they were slowing me down. Stopping grip is unbelievable, even in heavy mud. If you want a tire for wet, mud, and downhill, this is the one!
