Strengths:    Easy ride, feels like a balloon or beach cruiser.

Weaknesses:    Heavy, a lot of weight. Only for street use.

Bottom Line:
Mine is 700x50c. Is a very heavy tire. But on the good side my hard tail feels like a full suspension. Good for commuters. No puncture protection. 70 miles on it and no flats yet. Using it as a rear tire at 70 psi. The max rated psi for it is 65.
