Strengths:    awesome traction
DTC wears well but hooks up

Weaknesses:    none

Bottom Line:
I've been running this tire for 3 seasons and it has NEVER let me down. I use it in the front in 2.35 size. In the back I'll use a 2.1 Excavator or 2.1 Nevegal both DTC.

Strengths:    Great on firm ground

Weaknesses:    Plows badly in loose/sand over hard

Bottom Line:
Wore out my Nevegal rear and tried a 2.1 Blue Grove rear with my Nevegal front on my Enduro SL.
It does not like sand over hard. Tends to plow and wallow.
Great on hard pack. I'll save it for the SoCal "winter"
Will try Maxxis Ardent 2.10 next

I will consider any other options in the 2.0/sub 450gram range, such as ... Read More »
