Strengths: Cornering grip, measures a full 2.35"Weaknesses: Rolling resistanceBottom Line: This review is for the "Dry" compound.
They work great if you want grip in the dry for cornering in a 2.35 tire. I run 25 psi front, 30 psi rear tubeless- I can feel the tires starting to slide before they fully give out, which is very convenient.
Pedaling up hills sometimes feels like I'm pulling a boat anchor, but the downhill is so nice. The dual compound works- the center of the tire is noticeably harder, which is producing a fairly even wear pattern.
Bottom line, I'll probably buy a new set when my current ones wear out.
