Favorite Trail:Ft Rock
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $25.00
Purchased At:Wheel Power
Strengths:Great grip in most street, park and dirt jump applications. Tread wraps the tire allowing excellant grip on the sidewalls. Good diameter for intended application. Two compounds. Awesome price. Great on dry or hard pack trails. Reversable and fast rolling.
Weaknesses:Sticky compound is hard to get.
Similar Products Used:Kenda K-rad/Kiniption, Maxxis Hookworm/HolyRoller

Date Reviewed: July 26, 2006
Favorite Trail:Dirt Merchant
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $40.00
Purchased At:Cyclepath
Strengths:Fast when going straight
Weaknesses:Not high enough PSI for street riding, slides out on asphalt or concrete when cornering too sharp
Similar Products Used:Hookworm, K-Rads, Nokian XXX.
Bike Setup:Street singlespeed with PIKE at 90mm. Dual 24"s
Bottom Line:Slid out too much when cornering. K-rads much better and really light with higher PSI rating. Nokian XXX heavy but best street tire I've ever ridden, Better than hookworms because they felt lighter.
