Strengths:    Very light DH rim

Weaknesses:    No way near strong enough unless you always opt for the chicken run rather than hit the bigger stuff. Buckled rims from pretty standard DH use.

Bottom Line:   
Don't be over-impressed by how light they are. If they're not strong enough to handle a DH run, the weight saving is pointless. Anyway, slightly heavier (and therefore stronger) rims stabalise the bike better for DH riding.

Strengths:    Lighter than most DH rims, Strong enough to ride day in and day out ...

Weaknesses:    No eyelets ...

Bottom Line:   
I have been riding these rims hard for the past year and have not had any trouble with them. Looking forward to riding the newer version.

Strengths:    Super strong, stiff, look great, light for what they are.

Weaknesses:    Paint scratches

Bottom Line:   
These rims have taken a hammering in the short time Ive owned them. Im a 100kg plus when geared up and dont avoid anything on the way down and they have held up to everything. The rocks of the sierra nevard in spain and the abuse of morzine in the french alpes. One very small ding in the bead where I hit a square rock when the tyre was going down, was enough of an impact to cut through my minion. Highly reccomended

Bottom Line:   
These rims are terrible! DO NOT BUY...unless you only want to use it once and throw it away. I rode this rim once and wound up with huge dents in the rim lip. They claim the oobah design is tough, and it might be, but what good is it if the bead nip dents and fold under normal DH conditions. There are rims twice as tough for half the price. Go with Atomlab instead.
