Strengths:    Have been strong and durable despite a hammering.
Double eyelets mean that spokes can be tensioned without fear of rims cracking.
Low cost and hard wearing finish.

Weaknesses:    None so far

Bottom Line:
These rims replaced a pair of Mavic XM719's that had cracked. They have been hammered on a fully loaded touring mountain bike over some pretty rough himalayan trails for a few months and have stayed true. Very impressive for a rim that does not break the bank.

Strengths:    Staying true after a lot of fast descents over the rough stuff and some accidental hits on stones/roots/curbs

Weaknesses:    None yet

Bottom Line:
Being my first proper rims, I don't know how they compare to others... Are they too heavy? Too rigid? Too flexy? Too this, too that? But none of that matters because it's one part of my bike I didn't have to worry about. They can take any trail I put them to and come out unscathed. They roll and I just forget they're there, no issues whatsoever.
