Strengths: Light, takes big spoke tension without pringling (but see weaknesses), reliable, resists the ravages of road salt well, wear indicators.Weaknesses: No longer made, expensive, stickers sometimes peel off, wear out surprisingly fast even with decent brake pads, only single eyelets, can crack around the spoke holes after a couple of years - so watch that spoke tension.Bottom Line: On paper they don't look good for the money - single eyelets for example - but they hold up well. On the rear you'll wear one out before the spokes pull through, on the front (or on an unbraked wheel) this may become an issue after a few years. I like them, but they're not perfect.

Strengths: Stiff and lightWeaknesses: None so farBottom Line: If u mainly road riding. Get this rim, light and stiff. Acceleration is great. Its not only abt light weight but stiffness too. Lace to a smooth hub and u get a world beater XR wheelset. Never regret dumping my XR450 rim and pay for this. The stiffness between this 2 rims is too wide.
