Extruded from tough 6061-T6 aliminum into a variable wall thickness, so weak eyelets are not needed. The seams are then welded, not pinned, creating one of the toughest hoop series on the planet.

Strengths:
The XCL's came from arrow almost perfectly round which made for a very easy build. The rims are welded and strong. No need for eyelets to add strength. U.S. made , and a good company to deal with.
Weaknesses:
It would be nice to have a choice of colors.

Bottom Line:
Great rim, I havent had any problems at all. The welds look crazy on Arrow rims. Just a little touching up is all that has been necessary.
