Strengths:    Lightweight, ideal for V-brakes, sturdy, compatible with almost all tires and affordable

Weaknesses:    Outdated

Great deal if you're not much into aesthetics and wants value and durability.

Strengths:    Super strong, fairly light

Weaknesses:    Hard to find these days. But worth the search!

Bottom Line:   
the Araya RM-17's I have came on my Nishiki Pinnacle which I have been riding hard for 10 years. I have put these rims through "HELL" and they have NEVER come out of true. I would definitely recommend them to anyone....

Strengths:    Super strong,hard
Crashed into tree once during a race,the tree broke into 2 pieces,but the wheel just slight wobble only!!

Weaknesses:    none except that they're hard to come by nowadays!

Bottom Line:   
Great products!!Will recommend to anybody who can find them!!

Good rim.
Stand up its name as Superhard.Real hard indeed.

A bit heavy.
