Strengths:Simple hub, alloy axle and bonded titanium centre, good quality sealed bearings, built into wheel easily enough.
Weaknesses:Not very pretty in silver, flanges show marking from spokes, but seem fine. No functional problems.
Similar Products Used:Mavic SSC and Mavic Paris Dakar
Bike Setup:Pace RC100s pretty much original. Paris Dakar front hub, hope rear, all the rest is retro grouch - thumbshifters etc.
Bottom Line:A good hub for the money. I guess when it gets really difficult to find 7 speed cassettes I'll buy the Hope Freehub!
