Strengths:    Simplicity, simplicity, simplicity!
Very simple, good performance. The internal workings of the hub can be accessed within minutes with no special tools, simply pull off the cassette body and the guts are right there. Good quality bearings, good sealing system, reasonable weight. The RWS system (I've got the 10mm thru-bolt) is excellent as well. The star-ratchet is great, VERY solid engagement all the time and it's stupid easy to service.
Pretty nice lookin' too.

Weaknesses:    Engagement isn't as fast as some other high end hubs, but they're offering a a ~30$ kit (new star ratchet) to upgrade this. It's compatible with any thru-axle or thru-bolt version of the hub. Boosts the 18 point engagement to 36. (King is 72, XTR is up to 36, Hope is 36, I9 is over 100.

Bottom Line:
Great hub, would recommend without hesitation. Today, after around 6 months of use, I pulled apart the hub (using a hammer and punch against the cassette) to inspect the star ratchets. It took about 2 minutes to break it down, and another 5 to repack and reassemble. Everything inside looked new. On trail performance is great as well. The engagement, although not that fast, is very very solid. None of the popping, skipping, and clicking in Shimano hubs. The star ratchet is far superior to a pawl-driven setup. Great hubs at a good price.
