Designed for play in rough conditions, this is the most versatile tread family in WTB's line of tires. With tall, square knobs, an open tread, and a radius profile, the Moto dominates a variety of soils for true all-mountain use.
The 29'er Moto prefers faster harder surfaces than you might think, and it rolls surprisingly fast, making it a tire that works for a fairly wide variety of terrains. Not the best mud tire or super technical tire, the Moto still hooks up well and is durable.

Strengths: Steel Bead for tubeless use.
Weaknesses: slippery on wet roots and rocks
Bottom Line:
Had kevlar bead that broke so I switched to wire bead for tubeless use as recommended on STANS' NOTUBES WEBSITE.Rolls well and is good for most xc use.I was used to riding Kenda Nevegals on a 26" bike .These tires will slip on wet rocks and roots unlike the Nevagals.Motorapters do pretty well climbing in loose conditions.
