Strengths: Fast. Low rolling resistance. Very light. Decent grip and sidewall durability for a low tread tire. Very easy to run tubeless.Weaknesses: Braking traction is bad. Must learn to "drift" the rear wheel a bit in corners. Steep, loose climbs require more careful weight distribution. Too sketchy to use as front tire.Bottom Line: Run these tubeless on a Stans rim at lower psi and you'll be amazed at how much grip you get. I've raced 15 or so XC and super D courses with Ravens on the rear and they have held up great. Just don't expect tons of grip. They should be viewed as a no-compromises racing tire where speed is the ultimate goal. To that end, they work beautifully as a rear tire.
Favorite Trail: The one I'm riding
