Strengths: So far it seems fairly durable. Handles mud very wellWeaknesses: Washes out in hardpack cornersBottom Line: Not a bad tire overall and not unreasonably narrow as another review described (Hey guy, use the product before you waste space reviewing it). I am used to running narrow tires, having started out in the late 80's and am used to bumping over rocks and roots on said tires having cut my teeth in this sport in the southeast. These tires roll well and seem well suited for soft and muddy conditions but it felt like they wash out in hardpack corners. Not good. I think I'll hang onto them but reserve them for times when conditions are looser or wet.

Strengths: fits my frame, good in mudWeaknesses: not really 29er tyre, too narrow, not enough volumeBottom Line: Decent rollers that grip well in mud, but are heavy for such small tyres (says they are 2.1 but more like 1.7). Perform better than the 26er version in mucky weather and the low volume feels somewhat counter-acted by the larger diameter. Overall good tyres for cost, I only use them in mud where the narrowness helps them cut through the crud...

Strengths: *Very* durable and fast rolling, yet good knobs for gravelWeaknesses: Mine was much heavier than the advertised weight.Bottom Line: This is a very narrow tire. Not quite cyclocross narrow, but almost. It is the only 29er tire I have ever pinch flatted. Other than that, if you are looking for a fast roller, yet knobby tire that gives good traction in the dirt and gravel, this is a great choice. Seems like Continental makes the most durable tires, and this one is no exception. Just wish it wasn't so skinny...

Strengths: Made by Conti - thats good. Same tread as Gravity 26er, which I've heard good things about.Weaknesses: Its not a 29er. When you get the package, it says 28". When you mount it on a rim, it is 28" diameter. This thing is tiny for an MTB tire, tho large for a CX tire. Low profile, low volume.Bottom Line: It was so small that I didn't give it a ride. Mounted it on a rim and knew that I didn't want to ride it - basically get beat up by the rocky trail and maybe crash.
