Customer service!!!!! So good. I tried following some instructions on the Enduro website where it says to freeze the dust wipers. I made the mistake of freezing the seals. When I installed the seals, the fork leaked. I talked to Chris and he pointed out my mistake. My bad. I should have to buy another one since it works perfectly on my Rock Shox. Chris sends out another seal set for free. No questions asked. Just amazing.

The Enduro fork seals have a wiper that does not exist on the stock Fox F100X fork seal. The stock seal has one lip that is supposed to wipe away dirt and seal in the oil. It makes no sense other than to eliminate stiction. Once dirt wears the single lip fox seal it leaks and it doesn't take very long. The Enduro Fork seals have a wiper to clean the dirt away and the oil seal can do it's job on a clean stanchion. I have not experienced any stiction and my forks perform flawlessly. I've run these fork seals now for about 4 months riding 20-30 miles a week with no problems.

If you're going to rebuild a fork, buy Enduro Seals. I've now rebuilt 4 forks, covering Marzocchi, Manitou, and Rock Shox with Enduro kits. They're better than any OEM seal, but the real value is in the Enduro website with its treasure trove of rebuilding info. The OEMs make it pretty hard to get in-depth tech info these days, but Enduro delivers. Follow the instructions - ALL of them, especially the freezer tip, and you'll be very happy with the results.

He is totally committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. You can't go wrong. I love the way my fork works now. It is so incredibly smooth. 66 forks are not known for having stiction but it is amazing to me what an improvement these seals are over the stock Marzocchi's I've used in the past. I believe the results would be the same regardless of what brand your fork is. Buy the Enduro Seal Kit when it is time for a fork overhaul. I think the price is very reasonable too! If you want fork seals that work, get these. I rebuild forks for a local shop and since changing to Enduro as my seal dealer, I have heard nothing but good stuff. I have rebuilt Fox, Mars, Manitou, and Rock Shox with these and they are just so much better constructed then the OEM ones. My customers also appreciate the cost as do I. Allows me to keep a couple of extra sets around.
On a side note I saw the Extreme Steering grips on his site and thought I would give them a try since the claimed weight was 50g and I have 150g lockons. Well its been a while since I used a slide on grip but from everything I heard about them, they worked well. Well after 3 months of riding them I have to say they are A+. I am a little worried about tearing them if I crash but they have been bombproof so far. We will see this race season I guess.
Bottom line is that Chris is a great guy to deal with and I will never go back to OEM as long as I can get Enduro!

Well everyone said great things about these seals and I believe it, and lots also said they are a tight fit to install in the fork. Now when I tried to put the wiper seal on my 03 Skareb Super, it slipped in so easy that I didn't even have to push on it to seat it. This meant when the fork compressed, the seal held on to the stanchion tighter, and bascially popped right out of the lowers and just stuck to the stanchion. Kind of weird how they don't fit these forks. I know a mechanic who has installed tons of these on other forks and has never heard of that before. Anyone else have this problem?
I emailed Enduro and Chris automatically refunded my money, didn't even make me send em back (even tho I can't really do anything with em). So based on everything else I heard, and based on their customer service, I can go ahead and give em 4 overall chilies.

To date I've installed Enduro seals on three different forks from three manufacturers (RockShox, Manitou, and Marzocchi), and in all cases they have performed flawlessly. In fact, the RockShox ('99 Boxxer) leaked oil so badly before installing the Enduro's that the fork was practically unusable; afterwards, there wasn't a drop of oil on the stanchions.
My latest installation was on a 1998 Marzocchi SuperT, the 87th hand-made all CNC'ed unit to roll off the assembly line. After seven years the original oil seals were failing. I installed the Enduro's and, after a one ride break-in, the fork was as smooth as ever and not leaking a drop of oil. You can't ask much more!
Installation is simple and straight forward, as long as you are careful and follow the excellent instructions available online. No special tools are required, though using an improvised seal press made out of scrap PVC pipe can help. Check the Enduro website for specifics.
If your original oil and/or wiper seals are less than optimal, or you need to replace ones that are failing, you don't need to look any further than Enduro Seals!

I first used these on my Float 100 when the stock Fox seals started leaking at about 4 months old. Since putting the Enduro seals on there has been no problems with oil leaking.
I just put a set on my TALAS after again only having 4 months and 650 miles the stock Fox seals starting leaking oil. Pulled the fork apart to put in the new seals and the oil inside was black and very dirty feeling and looking. New seals went it great and Chris was a big help with instructions on what to do with the TALAS. I have no doubt that seals will last 2 to 3 times as long as the stock ones did.
The sticktion is higher at first if you don't use stanchion lube but if you do use the lube the stiction is pretty much not there.

I use these on my SID, i noticed quite a bit of dirt wedged inside of the rubber seals so i got these based on the reviews. Well i can tell you they do not lie. Installation was easy, people are complaining about seating it in i know but using grease to lubricate the contact area made it easy for me. Well it has enough resistance to be solid there. I think the oil inner seals do a better job than these flimsy pieces of foam. Their tech support is very knowledgable. These were installed onto '02 Rockshox Psylo Race. My timeline are only estimates. The stock seals on forks started to crack and leak oil like a geyser back in Nov. I intially started out with the Blue enduro seals, they worked great at keeping the fork clean but added a whole hell of a lot of stiction to the fork even after a couple of months of hard riding. I made a passing comment about it on the MTBR boards and Chris at Enduro seals offered to send me the Black graphite ones for free. They work so much better than the Blue ones. But they are not quite as plush as the stock wiper with foam ring set up and last month the spring side seal started to weep a super small amount of oil, it hasn't gotten any worse in a month but it still bothers me.
Bottom line; if you want plushness out of your Rockshox and don't care if the inside of the fork gets dirty go with the stock fork wiper.
If you want a super clean fork and don't mind a very slight increase in stiction go with the Black Graphite Enduro seals
Avoid the Blue enduro seals at all costs.

I bought these when my stock setup started spewing oil. These seem to be great replacements for stock seal & wiper setups. The wipers are alot more rigid, and seal tightly around the stanchions. I've installed these blue boys on three forks now: a '99 Judy, an '01 X-Vert and an '01 Z4.
The only knock against these seals is tight installation, but even that's become simple: freeze 'em, then bang 'em into place using a rubber mallet and a 1-1/4" socket. Works like a charm -- just don't ding up your dropouts while doing it!!! The tight fit means they stay in place.
The 'C' cup design has fit precisely in each case. Subsequent teardowns of the Judy and X-Vert proove the Enduros are doing their job. I'm 100% happy.
Hey Chris, where are those seals for White Brothers' forks? My CX-1 *NEEDS* a pair!

Stock seals on 2002 Psylo XC leaked like a sieve after 2 years of use. I can just tell by looking at the enduro seals that these will be much better.
These cost less than replacing the stock seals with new stock seals from Rock Shox. If the rock shox ones leak again after 1 year, there are simply going tell me that it is a normal occurance.
If you have a leaky fork and oil and grit all over your stanchions...GET THESE.
Based one the other reviews, I am sure I will continue to be happy with them.

I bought my first set of seals for my Jr. T. The original seals were a bear to get out. The new seals went in without much trouble using a big socket and a hammer. They worked great on the Jr. T, but I sold the Jr. T after not much riding so I can't speak to their longevity. The next set was for my X-Fly. Before I got the seals for my X-Fly I asked Chris at Realworldcycling.com if they would hold the air pressure generated by the X-Fly. He said to go ahead and try them and if I wasn't satisified he would refund my money. Well, I tried one seal, since the other Marzocchi seal was holding air.(I bought the X-Fly used but with supposedly new Marzocchi seals. Upon inspection I found that the leaking seal had a small nick in the sealing surface). The Marzocchi seal on the X-Fly came out much easier than on the Jr. T and the new seal and wiper went in okay with a big socket and a hammer to tap 'em in. That enduro seal worked great for about six months of riding, no oil seepage, no air seepage, but then it started losing air pretty quickly while the Marzocchi seal on the other side was still going strong. I was thinking I'd have to go back to Marzocchi seals, but I checked realworlcycling.com and noticed they had updated the oil seal to accommodate air forks. I e-mailed Chris on a Monday and had the new seals (at no charge) on Friday - excellent service. The new updated seal and wiper went in pretty easily, although the old enduro wiper did take some effort to get out. I can't report on the longevity of the updated seal, but I did notice that the new design is very similar to the Marzocchi. The old design was not. My guess is that the updated seal will hold out much longer than the old seal. I'm withholding judgment on the new seal until I put some more miles on it, but I'm going to rate a five based on the great customer service and product guarantee.

Awsome product, even better customer service. When I ordered a 2nd set for another boxxer, Chris took the time to email me and see how my 1st set was doing. I was very pleased with the wipers, but the oil seals had needed replacing after a few months. Without me even asking Chris sent me another set of seals for no charge to compensate me for the seals I had to buy. Shipping time was 1 day, and the product is awsome. Highly recomended. A cheaper, and more reliable alternative to the oem boxxer seals.

They seals do what the mfgr. claims. Last year New England had one of the wettest seasons in a long time. The trails were always wet and muddy. After riding all spring and summer I pulled my SID apart to regrease it.....everything still looked new inside....no dirt, no water. What else could you ask from your seals? I also had Chris at Enduro take a look at the Noleen fork my new K2. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything in stock for that fork. Chris went out of his way to make sure my fork was returned to me quickly with little down time. If this is any indication of their customer service, I am very impressed.

Well made, they don't need a spring to hold the dust seals tight like the stock zoke's. You can tell that they are working by the color of the oil when you change it at your regular intervals. Be sure to use lots of slick honey the first time when installing them so you don't have to disassemble everything to do it again. More expensive is not always better!

I went on a 17 mile loop ride up and down Mt Diablo in the mud, through 7 streams, ruts, you name I rode through it! I had to open up the shocks again to replace the oil. I used 10wt instead of the recomended 5wt oil because of leakage w the old shocks. I was surprised that for one, no oil leaked out (I was accustomed to these because my shocks are fairly old) and the oil was still clean! It did keep all the gunk out as it was supposed to. This $25 well spent. Guss the old Judys are good for atleast another season.
These work great and am sure will use this product in the future in the event I upgrade my forks.
Chris is great to work with as well, answers questions in a very timely manner.

I used these on my Black Elite before it blew up. They did away with mini-boots and kept the junk out, lube in. There was less stiction from the higher durometer. There isn't to much to say about them, and there shouldn't be--they do what they're designed to do really well, and without and great fanfaire worth writing about.
Now...I replaced my Black with a Z1, and want to replace its seals, too, but Enduro is having some problems getting them out (2 more weeks, apparently). Marzocchi's seals are the best in the game, and I think even they should be replaced with Enduros--what's that tell you?

Thought I would try these out,they work as a seal should. No more leaking,no contaminated oil,no more sticky fork action. I ride rain or shine and the oil still looks good when forks are serviced. Have installed a second set in my sons Psylo XC forks with the same results.Good product.

I use Enduro Seals for my Boxxer. There is many that a Japanese race is competed for in a rainy condition, What all races were condition of mud!! I used normal seals till now, but, as for this, the durability includes a problem. So I tried to use Enduro Seals for trial, An effect of this part is the greatest! My fork tear an oil seal in several times races once. I used this Seals a half year passes, there is not a problem.The mud sticks to inner tube, Enduro Seals seems to be dropped all the mud. Besides, this Seals is cheaper than RockShox Seals. Therefore I was able to omit useless expenditure. I am satisfied with Enduro Seals very much.

Keeps things nice & clean and tight, I never see anything on my stancions any more. Already great feeling forks feel even better with these and a dose of golden spectro. At first I thought these might be difficult to install, but not at all. Found some nice installation "tools" in the PVC pipe section at Home Depot. Bring the seals in and fit some t-shaped connectors for an instant seal press that gives you a nice grip. Chris' support is great too so if you have any questions during install don't sweat it. And oh yes, the blue on my silver/blue Z1 looks so nice, not that we're into looks or anything...

Enduro seals are what I insist on using all the time, and are an excellent upgrade to my fork service offered.
