Strengths:    dual rate works well, great move up from sucky mcus. doesn't bottom out much if any!

Weaknesses:    heavier rebound means your fork goes "pock!" every time yoru wheel comes off ground, or if you hit a bike spike seated it rebounds too hard. get a zokes if you cant deal with it. have better or secondary rebound elastomers placed on the compression rods inside the fork. this will also steepen the effective head angle.

Bottom Line:
have little money, get the springs
have ltos of money get a zokes or pace fork.
