Strengths: Does what it says it'll do
Not too heavy
Damn cheap
Adjustable rebound and compressionWeaknesses: The damper squeaks a bit, otherwise nothingBottom Line: I bought a secondhand bike (the B-17) and did it up. The Shockworks shock on it was toast, so I needed a replacement. Was about to buy a Fox unit when I found this thing online on eBay, and it was too cheap to pass up so took a punt.
It fitted fine, I fiddled with it initially to get it working right for my weight and riding style and haven't touched it since. It works just as well as a high-dollar piece, and it even looks a lot like an older Fox Vanilla RC... I wonder why..!
Excellent shock for the money.
