Strengths:    Super plush, great pedal performance. Set it once and forget it, no more checking and adjusting air pressure.

Weaknesses:    For some people I guess the small increase in weight over air, but not me.

Bottom Line:
I read other reviews about the PVA and decided to try it. I couldn't be happier. My ride is more supple and it is consistent every time in the saddle. The shock has performed flawlessly no matter what I've thrown at it, from small stutter bumps to 3-4 foot drops (the biggest I'm willing to do). Also, the company itself could not have been easier to deal with. Their customer service is up there with the best IMHO.

Strengths:    Looks nice.

Weaknesses:    Its only 1.5 years old. Oil Leaks verywhere. Small leaks from the main seal. Leaks out of compression adjust knob.
THE SHAFT HAS PARTIALLY UNSCREWED ITSELF. This could have been disasterous.

Bottom Line:
It came with the bike. Some Big name brand of bikes use X-fusion on the cheaper model bikes. It is rebuildable but will
not be worth the money to have it fixed.
The main shaft should NEVER have unscrewed itself.
