The Glyde RL features an unique damping adust system that incorporates the use of one lever for two separate functions. Starting with the lever in the full right position, as the lever sweeps to the left, the rebound damping is increased. In the full left position, the compression damping is increases to a point of lock-out. A simple system, offering a lot of performance value for the advanced rider.

Bottom Line:
They are ok except wen u pedal the suspension goes down a lil so you dont get all the power you would want. They do hav preload and you can get the suspension to sorta lock out so you wont hav this proberlem. Overall I think they are ok with no proberlems with them but i havernt really had my bike long so they havernt been tested to it best.
