The shocks goes from bobbing all over the place to no travel at all with one click of the rebound adjust. The lock out does not actually lock the shock. There is a little bit of travel that results in a horrible bouncing up the trail as you peddle. Weight, man is this thing heavy. Stupid lock out lever - look at the size of it, it gets bumped by almost anything. from City of Pines Date Reviewed: October 5, 2010 Strengths: sturdy, reliable, easy to use, functions well at desired settings at almost all trails whether ascending or going down. rebound performs and adjusts well and is noticeable depending on the desired mode. damping is remarkably efficient. air pressure is at it's max at 300 psi which enables even the heaviest of riders to put in the right amount of air for worry free rides. lockout is a plus whenever needed.
