Strengths:    adjustable, price compared to competition. Doesn't feel as plush as a fox when sitting on bike but works very well when ridden hard - forget it is there.

Weaknesses:    reliability. Seized up after a few months' reasonable use (on 09 model bike). However, when taken to local bike shop (FTR) they helped with warranty claim and Monza (importer in oz) replaced with a new 5.1 within days for 15 bucks. 5.1 has worked fine for 9 odd months - 'set and forget' as reviews on mtbr for 5.1 say. Have heard of other riders with same problem re 4.1.

Bottom Line:
good when it works but would avoid and buy vivid 5.1 (very good value) or (more likely because of reliability) fox or Elka if had the choice
