Strengths:    Easy to set up/tune. Pro-pedal feature. Simple.

Weaknesses:    None yet. It's not a coil, but it rocks for an air shock.

Bottom Line:
I just think this shock is so easy to set up, use and manage(forget about it & ride). It has a progressive feel and great adjustment without becoming too complex to figure out & set up. It ramps up at the end of the stroke, as any air shock does, but it's not a coil, so don't expect it to be. It's light and easy as heck to use and set up.
It's on my 6 inch rear travel 2008 Haro Xeon, which I use for XC/AM. I've done 4 foot drops (not all the time) and feel this shock more than meets the standards for an All-mtn bike. I don't understand how other companies charge so much more for nominal/none performance difference.
I was sceptical at first, but have found plenty of satisfaction from this shock. Much more than I expected.

Strengths:    XC end of riding,

Weaknesses:    DH

Bottom Line:
Ovell all I am not too impressed with this shock. It made what is a good platform feel muddy. What ever Adjustments I made the shock felt close to the same.

As far as the XC end of things this shock felt good, But for the FR/DH aspect of riding it just did not feel right.

Best for the XC side of AM.

Strengths:    This shock is very plush. It is not the easiest one to setup due to the number of adjustements, but I would guess that the same applies to any shock in that category. The 3-way lever is very nice as it allows the rider to choose how he/she wants the shock to behave: fully locked, with platform, fully open. The amount of adjustement in the rebound and floodgate setting should allow anybody to find the sweet spot.

Weaknesses:    None so far.

Bottom Line:
I have been wanted to upgrade the rear shock on my Prophet for a while as I wasn't happy with it. I felt it had too much platform and was making the bike hard to ride in bumpy situations. Now the bike feels like it floats over everything. Going uphill is not an issue with the floodgate adjustement and going downhill with the shock fully open is just smooth like butter.

The bottom line is that it makes the Prophet a more enjoyable bike to ride and allows me to going downhill faster than before.

Strengths:    VERY EASY TO SET UP, ALTHOUGH IT IS A BIT HARD TO REACH THE REBOUND KNOB. VERY PLUSH. THE 3 POSITION LEVER HAS VERY EASY ACCESS EVEN WHILE YOU RIDE. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Weaknesses:    NONE

Bottom Line:
EXCELLENT PRODUCT,MUCH BETTER THE PEARL 3.1 BECAUSE IT OFFERS THE FULLY OPEN POSITION FOR DESCENTS. IDEAL FOR THE ALL MOUNTAIN RIDER.
