Strengths:    Price, weight, looks, performance.

Weaknesses:    None

Bottom Line:
Right out of the box, this shock is noticeably better than the Fox Float. It stays higher in its travel while peddling in "OPEN" and literally floats over everything in its path descending. It feels faster because its peddle feedback is literally zero. I won't lie, I was worried that the little shock couldn't handle big hits while being plush, but no problem! Compared to the Fox, the Debonair feels like it has more action in its spring rate and launches when jumping. The Fox felt like it would sag into its travel and have minimal feed back when jumping.
All in all, I couldn't be any happier with the change and can't wait for the next ride.
