Strengths: Performs well under my 235lb body...Weaknesses: slight pedal bobbing maybeBottom Line: Not a bad shock... I fully expected to have to upgrade it when i bought my bike simply because I am a large guy and I was unsure if it would hold up under my weight... A year later and still going strong. The lockout feature is nice although I would like a rebound adjustment like the previous poster.

Strengths: Shock absorbtionWeaknesses: pedal bob/ pogo. no rebound adj.Bottom Line: Gets the job done. I weigh 175 and mainly cross-country ride. Bought the bike used, but was told that the shock was recently rebuilt. I've been riding the bike for about 3 or 4 months and it's getting softer and softer. I prefer a stiffer shock. Lock-out works great! Think I will upgrade to a rebound adjustable shock and keep this one around as a back-up. Wish I could rebuild this shock on my own without having to send it in.
