Takes a whallop to get the damn thing moving. Terrible fork. Better if not as good as fox or rockshox!!! Makes you wonder why the others cost is so high??? Weaknesses: If your a weight wiennie or you race your 29r. May not be the best choice. from Mammoth Date Reviewed: May 16, 2011 Strengths: Smooth, buttery, very little if any stiction, once rebuilt with the wiper inside removed and filled with Golden Spectro 7.5w fork oil. Weaknesses: Will probably need annual oil change services. Weight is around 5 pounds, but it is oil dampened and oh so buttery.
