Product Description

Rock Shox Revelation World Cup - Tapered Something good got even better. We received so much positive feedback from trail riders out there that we wanted to give something back. Winner of numerous magazine tests, we upgraded Revelation with our new Motion Control DNA system. Now, the stiff and lightweight ultimate trail fork is even smoother and more responsive. And with Dual Position AIr, the uphills are even easier now, too. Add in the new RCT3 - a lockout with three positions - and you can adapt to any terrain: Switch between quot;Open (with all DNA possibilities), quot;Threshold quot; (takes away the big bumps) and quot;Lockout quot; for fast rolling on smooth ground. Rock Shox Revelation World Cup - Tapered Features: Travel: 150/140/130mm, Dual Position Air: 150-120mm, 140-110mm Weight: 1479 g, *Weight based on 265mm tapered carbon crown-steerer, 9mm QR lower leg, Dual Air Damping: Motion Control DNA, Rebound: Dual Flow Available Springs: Solo Air/ Dual Position Air Adjus

Strengths:    - Weight, 1600g all in for a 150mm trail fork?!
- Motion control DNA damper, reponsive, supple and tracks brilliantly.
- carbon bling factor!

Weaknesses:    - Having to use a compression steerer plug - a bit trickier to fit.
- 15mm Maxle light skewer design is poor, easy to damage if you over tighten.
- Full rrp price? I'm not sure the price is worth the weight saving over the standard fork - but I got it cheap..!

Bottom Line:
Review is for the 150mm, Solo Air WC.
This fork was a real revelation..!!!
Performs almost as brilliantly as the current Rockshox Pike, but is so much lighter. If you need a 150mm fork this is as good as it gets!! Avoid the XX model as it has an inferior damper.
