Strengths: Works well at first. Reasonable price.Weaknesses: Breaks quickly, poor customer service (in my country).Bottom Line: These days with seemingly a new fork standard every few months finding the right fork is pretty tough and getting tougher, in fact 100% tougher every new wheel size, axle standard and taper standard. I was happy when i found this fork, a choice between very few. 26 inch 1.5 taper/15mm axle 140 travel at a fair price point.
X-fusion have done their R&D on fox's dime and the fork's price and design show this. To be honest the fork worked well out of the box. however I heard noises in a few hours and by the end of the ride the fork was stuck down to like 20mm-100mm max, even though the air chamber still had the correct pressure. Therefore this must be the negative air chamber that has failed.
If then i got an apology and the fork was replaced or fixed very quickly all's good. However what I got was foot dragging and and fob-off delaying tactics from my lbs and X-fusions customer service. Err sorry for breaking your poorly designed fork and leaving my 3000 dollar bike without a fork so i can't ride.
Seriously people stick to marzocchi or manitou, those guys actually make forks that are reliable.
Maybe if you live in a country where there is positive feedback from x-fusions customer service and you are happy with a 2nd rate Fox fork, with all that comes with it, maybe try one.

Strengths: Stiff, PLUSH, SmoothWeaknesses: FlawlessBottom Line: Bought this fork a few days ago, Brought it out on my first ride, and was stunned by how well it worked. For that Price, Its equivalent to getting maybe a Sektor or F100 it also comes with a Shock pump and the starnut :) . For its performance, Its just like using a Fox Fork with Kashima coat. Its buttery smooth, plushy and stiff. feels like a dream. The syntace X-15 just matches the fork perfectly. The DLA, works in a click. no 1080 degree turns just 1 90 deg turn and you'll hit 110mm in no time. Best fork i've ever used. Would totally recommend.
Favorite Trail: Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.
