Strength:

-Good price
-Decent features for a budget fork (TurnKey lockout, rebound damping)

Weakness:

-Heavy (although not much more than similarly priced forks)
-Flexy
-possible reliability issues

The simplest way to describe the fork is that it works, not terribly well but not bad either. My fork came stock on a 2012 Kona Fire Mountain and within the first month, the lockout was permanently stuck. The lockout mechanism was quickly replaced on warranty and has not been a problem since. I would not particularly recommend this fork as an upgrade but I would not worry if it comes stock.
