29" Reba RLT Ti Dual Air 140mm available without tapered steerer?

Anybody know? Quality has part #'s for it, and says the tapered is adjustable from 140mm down to 80mm but is the 120mm with a 1 1/8 steerer tube adjustable upward's to 140mm?
