Strengths:    Performance when working is stellar. Light weight and handle bar lock-out killer. Looks sharp.

Weaknesses:    Lock out failed after one month. Lock out starting to fail again.

Bottom Line:
I really like the Marz guys and product but wish my experience here was better. The lock-out mechanism is cable based and it didn't after a few was as if the cable slipped. To fix, you need to unscrew 2 tine nuts to move cable but they didn't set the dial at a good spot so you have to move the dial with on hand, grab cable with other to give it the right tension and somehow screw the nuts back in. I was able to manage this but then it stopped working and couldn't get it to work so had to send it in to Marz. This wouldn't have bothered me too much but had to pay for is that fair? Whatever.

So got the fork back and it worked well for a while but it is starting to slip again. To be frank, it is a poor design. At least set up up so that it engages soon in the seems set too long into the dial so you have to do the three hand maneuver to fix...lame.

Anyhow, other than that, I really do dig this fork. Performs pretty great for it's weight and when lockj out is working, just awesome.

If I hadn't had to pay for shipping would have given this 4 stars. hohum.

Marzocchi Corsa Sl LR 2013

Has anyone ridden this fork. I am looking for a decent xc/light all mountain fork and this one looks decent and is in my price range, but I cannot find any reviews. I am kind of limited because I want a 1 1/8 inch steer tube, 100 mm of travel and 9mm dropouts. Any help would be appreciated.Read More »

Marzocchi Corsa SL on a Tallboy? Stupid?

My Tallboy Al build is almost complete. I need a 120mm fork with 15mm axle badly to finish the build. My absolute budget is $400 but there is nothing out there in the Rockshox, Fox, which I really want. I can get a Marzocchi Corsa 29 RL SL for $259 that would fit my specs, but would this be stu ... Marz Corsa SL travel adjust

Hey Guys, I've searched around and have turned up nothing. I just bought a 2012 Corsa SL RC. It's currently set at 100mm, and I want to bring it up to 120mm. I am confident in what I have to do once I get the fork apart, and am comfortable with all of that. From what I understand, it's ... Read More »
