I got these in 140mm with a 20mm TA on closeout for less than half the original MSRP. They were easy to set up, and they are smooth as butter. I am extremely happy with their performance.

Strength:

Plush, adjustable travel, stiff legs, very solid, lower cost than Fox & others, shim stack, on-fly ABS+ adjustment easy to work

Weakness:

White paint not super cool looking

After researching a fork for my FS build I bought one of these in a 20mm 140mm setup. Everyone had said how well they work and they were telling the truth. This company got it right. It has a ton of travel and is very smooth out of the box. Small trail bumps, drops, logs, sharp edge rocks and roots, it doesn't matter, eats them all. Build quality is excellent. Weight is very good. The 20mm axle is super stiff, my first bike with this setup. I am wondering if I got it too long however, I doubt I needed 140 would have been fine with 130 but whatever.

For the life of me I can't understand why they are not more popular.

Strength:

very smooth. Feels just like Fox forks at twice the price.

Weakness:

Wish they had longer travel. Would love a 150mm or 160mm. The decals could use a little updating. As far as the product is, nothing I found.

Great fork for the money. I'm going to be putting one on the wifes bike too after using mine. Riding the trail, feels a lot more secure with this fork huging the ground.

Strength:

Very stiff. Very plush. Very tuneable. Easy to service.

Weakness:

None so far

Had this fitted about a month ago and so far love it. I previously had an R7 MRD but found it a bit too flexy. Manitou has improved significantly over the past few years and you definitely can't go wrong with this fork. A lot of options out there but summed up this is the best fork in it's category. Much stiffer than equivalent 100mm forks, half the price, very little weight penalty, easy to service and parts readily available. Abs + damper is top notch. Looks very good in white
